If parents have an issue that they wish to discuss, the first point of contact is the class teacher. In occasional instances where the issue cannot be resolved, the Head of Year would be the next member of staff to be involved. From there, matters are referred to the upper management that would definitely be able to resolve the matter. All parents are kindly asked to respect this channel of communication and seek resolution to any issue by following this protocol.
The main channel of communication between school and parents is through the parent portal, email or whatsapp. The Parent portal will also be used for sharing weekly communications from teachers, important notice/circulars, and student progress reports. In case parents wish they can opt to get important notices via whatsapp making it easier for them to find.
